Swad Sathi Waiter puts your restaurant's floor service on the phone in your team's hand. Take an order at the table, send it straight to the kitchen, watch it come back ready, and hand over a correct bill — without a single trip to a terminal.
Built for real service, not for demonstrations. Every screen is designed to be read at a glance in a busy dining room and to work with one thumb while the other hand is holding a tray.
WHAT YOUR STAFF CAN DO
Floor plan at a glance
See every table and its live state — free, order running, food ready to serve, or needs clearing — with the running amount on each occupied table. Find any table, waiter or bill number with a single search.
Take and change orders
Open a table and the order already on it opens with it, exactly as it was left, so two people can never start a second order on one table by accident. Add dishes by category, by your own favourites, or by typing the dish number for the fastest possible entry. Adjust quantities, add a note for one dish or for the whole table, and send it to the kitchen.
Dish sizes and portions
Where a dish is sold in more than one size, the size and its own price are chosen when the dish is added, and both appear on the kitchen ticket and on the bill.
Straight to the kitchen
Sending an order puts it on the kitchen display immediately. When the kitchen marks food ready, the waiter is alerted on their own phone — no shouting across a pass, no walking to check.
Billing at the table
Prepare the bill, take payment by cash, QR or a split of both, and print. Taxes, discounts and rounding are applied by your own restaurant's settings, never guessed on the phone.
Guests, covers and customers
Record how many people are dining, and attach a customer to an order by mobile number so regulars are recognised instead of re-typed.
Your own shift figures
Each waiter sees their own orders, their own covers and their own takings for the shift — and nobody else's.

Restaurants, cafés, dining halls and cloud kitchens already running the Swad Sathi restaurant management system. This app is the waiter's companion to that system.
IMPORTANT — YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT
This is a staff application, not a consumer one. It is not a food-ordering app and it cannot be used to order food or book a table. Signing in requires a waiter account created for you by your own restaurant's manager on their Swad Sathi system. Without an account issued by your restaurant, there is nothing to sign in to.
